Arrival & Departure

• Check in is from 4pm until 7pm and check out is by 10am.  Check in after 7pm is by prior agreement only

Payment Conditions

• Payment in FULL at the point of booking is required to secure your dates
• We accept the following methods of payment: BACS transfer, cash, Visa debit/delta, Maestro,Visa credit, MasterCard & American Express

Cancellation Conditions

• We recommend you have travel insurance in the event of unforeseen circumstances
• We offer FREE cancellation  up to 30 days prior to your arrival.  If you cancel within the 30 days, we reserve the right to retain payment in full although we do try to re-let your accommodation.
• Cancellations and or shortened stays whilst resident at Willows will be charged the full length of the stay.

General Information

• Willows is a non smoking establishment throughout (including e-cigarettes)
• We are unable to accept children under the age of 13 years
• Regrettably our home is not suitable for those with limited mobility, all guest rooms are located on the first floor accessible via a steep winding staircase
• We do not accepts dogs or pets within any area of the property including the garden and car park.
• Regrettably we strictly do not permit visitors/non residents whilst staying at Willows.
• Willows is our home and we kindly ask that you please respect it, and its contents.  
• Owing to previous damage we do not permit  guests to take their bikes, e bikes or equipment into the self catering. 
• Disruptive or rude behaviour in not tolerated in our home and those guests will be asked to leave where we feel there is a risk to us, our property and or other guests
